We may collect contact details you submit, your communication preferences and consent history, form and correspondence content, account and membership information, order and fulfillment information, and limited technical data needed for security and site performance. Event registration may also include an optional Instagram handle when you want to be tagged and a record of your liability-waiver acknowledgment.

We use personal data to answer submissions, honor communication preferences, send updates you requested, operate memberships and commerce, provide customer service, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with law. We use event registration contact data to manage attendance, logistics, and safety communications. We use an Instagram handle only for event-related tagging when you voluntarily provide one.

With your permission, Shopify and Vercel measure public storefront visits, product selections, size-guide use, bag changes, scroll depth, and progress toward checkout. This helps us understand where shopping becomes difficult. We exclude private member pages, contact details, free-form input, and URL query strings from this storefront analytics. Shopify links consenting storefront activity to its checkout and order reports. The Meta Pixel records page visits, product views, and items added to your bag on the public storefront to measure advertising and help show relevant ads. Shopify manages checkout conversion measurement through its Meta integration. Optional storefront tracking stays off until you allow it. Use Cookie preferences to change your choice; a supported browser privacy signal also keeps this storefront tracking off.

Information may be processed by providers supporting Supabase data and account services, Resend email delivery, Shopify commerce, Stripe payments, Meta advertising measurement, Vercel hosting and analytics, security, and professional services. When text-message delivery is enabled, we may use a messaging provider such as Twilio to deliver requested membership texts.

Membership texts are optional and cover membership updates and call reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We use your mobile number, preferences, and consent history to provide the messages you request and honor opt-outs. For the membership text-message program, we do not sell or share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share this information with service providers only as needed to operate and deliver the text-message program, subject to confidentiality and use restrictions. Where the Utah Consumer Privacy Act applies, Utah residents may request confirmation and access, deletion, a portable copy of data they provided, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising. Use Cookie preferences to decline optional marketing cookies, or contact us with a privacy request.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, disputes, and security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
