Privacy

We may collect contact details you submit, your communication preferences and consent history, form and correspondence content, account and membership information, order and fulfillment information, and limited technical data needed for security and site performance. Event registration may also include an optional Instagram handle when you want to be tagged and a record of your liability-waiver acknowledgment.

We use personal data to answer submissions, honor communication preferences, send updates you requested, operate memberships and commerce, provide customer service, prevent fraud, maintain security, and comply with law. We use event registration contact data to manage attendance, logistics, and safety communications. We use an Instagram handle only for event-related tagging when you voluntarily provide one.

Information may be processed by providers supporting Supabase data and account services, Resend email delivery, Shopify commerce, Stripe payments, hosting, security, and professional services. We do not sell personal data.

Where the Utah Consumer Privacy Act applies, Utah residents may request confirmation and access, deletion, a portable copy of data they provided, and opt out of sale or targeted advertising. We do not currently sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, disputes, and security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.
